What to Expect
Thank you so much for taking the time to check out our church. Columbia City United Methodist Church is a church for all generations. That means that everyone is welcome here! Maybe it's your first time in a church, or maybe you've been going to church since childhood - either way, you'll fit right in here. From the moment you drive into our parking lot, our goal is to help you feel right at home. You can expect a warm smile at the door, music that helps you connect with God, and sermons that will help you apply God’s word to your everyday life. Our services aren’t just something we attend or do. We aren’t just a building or an event. We are a people, the body of Christ, sinners saved by grace.

Worship Style
Be One. Make One. That is who we are. That’s what it is all about. Wherever we go we are to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Yet, it is impossible to make a disciple of Christ without first being one. So, as a church, we want to Be One. and Make One. This service will focus on learning and experiencing what Be One is all about. Expect new things in service, but also expect familiar things. This will feature elements from both a traditional as well as modern worship service, communion, creative worship responses, and fellowship time.
What to Wear
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Some people like to dress up and maybe wearing a suit and tie, while others will dress down and wear jerseys and t-shirts. Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable to worship God.
Parking & Entrance
There are parking lots surrounding the building. Sunday morning worship entrance is Door #9 on the lower level, which leads directly into the worship center.
